Hi! I'm Naomi.
I'm so glad you're here. I know what it's like to walk through pain and to long for healing and wholeness. My own journey through trauma and grief has shaped the way I see people - with deep compassion and hope for what's possible. I'm passionate about understanding the things that hold us back from living the life we were created for and deeply desire. When we face trauma, grief, loss, shame, or loneliness, it's easy to feel stuck or disconnected. However, I believe healing and freedom are possible, and that we are never meant to walk this road alone.
Faith and truth are my values and at the heart of who I am. I deeply long to create a space where each individual knows their heart is truly valued, and they can feel genuinely seen and heard. I know life can be hard, and painful experiences often shape how we see the world, but I truly believe there is hope. My own work through understanding shame and vulnerability has been transformative and healing. Vulnerability is scary, yet it is the path that gently leads us toward freedom, healing, and restoration. You don't have to walk this road alone.
I believe safety, compassion, and curiosity are crucial for healing. They are at the heart of real connection. The freedom to come as you are and to explore your story with honesty and grace is a gift. And that is my hope for you. My work focuses on walking with those navigating trauma, attachment wounds, shame, codependency, grief, infertility, life transitions, anxiety, depression and more. I'm trained in EMDR and a Daring Way trained facilitator based on the research of Brene Brown.
I see counseling as a sacred space - a place to hold both the hard and the hopeful, and where freedom and healing are possible. My hope is that you will come to believe that your story matters and you matter. And you are invited to come as you are, to reclaim what's been lost, restore what feels broken, and rebuild what's possible.
